My fitness journey
In the spring of 2013 I underwent four months of private training and nutrition coaching with renowned strength and conditioning coach Jason Ferruggia. Jason and his wife Jen helped me achieve my dream body. Get the program here on the Bikini Body Workouts website. Keep an eye on this blog for my video diaries during my time in the Bikini Body Workouts test group. I also highly recommends Jason’s Renegade Diet Book and Renegade Cardio.

Bikini Body Workouts is now available and they used one of my progress photos on the website! The photo above is actually me only about halfway through.
