Bikini Body Workouts ebook--I was a test subject!

This past spring I had the spectacular opportunity to work with a strength coach I have long admired and respected--Jason Ferruggia. I was a test subject for a new workout/diet program he was developing with his fantastic wife Jen Ferruggia . With their help I achieved my dream body (six-pack included) and cannot thank them enough for having such a tremendous impact on my life, in many more ways than just physically. Bikini Body Workouts is now available and they used one of my progress photos on the website! The photo above is actually me only about halfway through.
