The Unusual Way

I had a photo shoot today in Central Park for a short film I was just cast in. It’s called ‘The Unusual Way’. It’s written & directed by Eun Seok Choi. It’s his first film in the USA and also his first narrative film. He previously did documentaries in Korea, where he’s from. This is what he writes about the film:

The story of the film is about two young people who are missing each other even though they are together in the same place all the times.

I love his broken English writing and speaking, it’s very endearing. We’ll have a translator on set though so we can make sure we understand each other completely. I’m working with an actor named Paul Farron who told me he has a part in the new Drew Barrymore film Going the Distance. It was fun today. We got to take touristy pictures through some very scenic parts of the park I hadn’t seen yet. These photos are from the pond near the southeast corner. We start shooting on Monday! I’m so excited. I like the script a lot. It’s very Ghost, a film I have always loved! You can see photos from set here:
